Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Bellagio Pets website. Presently, Bellagio Pets accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Because we look to offer you the most secure shopping experience all transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information. If you are not comfortable submitting your credit card information over the Internet, just call our customer care department toll free at 1-877-LUX-PETS (Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm EST).

Return Policy
Bellagio Pets is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a RMA, after the allotted 10-business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

  • All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. Bellagio Pets will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the package appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

  • All sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

  • Custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange. Permanently personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions regarding the return policy of a particular item, please email us at customecare@bellagiopets.com.

  • We highly recommend that you purchase insurance/tracking information for your return, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We strongly encourage you to measure your pet very well and follow the size chart and sizing hints for each individual item, before ordering.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States.   • Due to the size and weight constraints of specific items, such as larger bedding and furniture pieces, may incur a delivery surcharge in addition to the shipping price outlined above. Delivery surcharge pricing information is provided on the individual product pages.

  • Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx or US Postal. Therefore, if you purchased more than one item in the same invoiced order, you may receive your items on different days.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

  • Estimated ship times are provided on the individual product pages for your reference.

  • If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for actual shipping fees.

  • Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance Shipping and handling is non-refundable.


International Shipping
At this time, Bellagio Pets cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states.

Backorder Policy
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. No charge will be incurred until your order is available to ship. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to customercare@bellagiopets.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
